What Is Your Return Policy?

Your first ever Doller Hing product is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Submit a return request to info@dollerhing.com and include your order number to start the process.

What Is Your Exchange Policy?

All your products in your order are eligible for an exchange; given that they are untried, unworn and unwashed. The Exchange will be initiated once we receive the product in our warehouse and it passes a quality check.

What Is The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to your first product ever. All other products in the order will be available for a size or print exchange only, depending on stock availability. This policy is only acceptable for First Time Customers. For all returning customers, only exchanges are applicable in case of unused, unwashed undies or damaged pairs.

What If I Recieve A Damanged Product?

In the unusual case where you receive a damaged or defective garment from us; please immediately notify us at info@dollerhing.com with pictures of the product and we’ll instantly replace it for you as per the stock availability.

Please ensure you keep the garment untried, unworn and unwashed. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

What If I Recieve A Wrong Product? Something I Did Not Order.

No problem as long as you try on just one! That first one is yours to try, wear, jump around, do whatever you to see if it’s right you and then keep it regardless.

Say you ordered a 6-pack, tried on one product, and realized you need a different size. Keep the one you tried on under our guarantee and reach out to us for an exchange. We’ll take back the other five (as long as they are not tried on, worn, or washed) and send six new ones in the size you need. Easy, right?

Order a pack or multiple items in your first order?
